Every AI can draft a support reply. The hard part is everything around it: which tickets are open, who opened this one, what the thread already says, and where the answer needs to go. That context lives in your system — so your AI can't reach it, and you end up copy-pasting tickets in and drafts out.
ProWoDo removes that step. Your tickets already live where the AI can act.
How it works
In ProWoDo a support ticket is a task, enriched with the submitter, the intake widget and a comment thread — and every ticket, task and comment is exposed to Claude (and any MCP client) as a tool it can call. So triage becomes a conversation:
You: Handle the latest support tickets — for each open one, tell me who opened it, summarize the thread, and draft an internal note.
Claude: You have 3 open tickets. #1841 "Export is empty" — from maria@acme.io via the Docs widget, 2h ago. Likely the empty-filter edge case. Internal note: reproduce, then link the fix task. Want me to reply to Maria, or keep drafting internally?
Everything there — the list, the submitter, the thread, the draft — came from tools Claude called against your ProWoDo backend. You pasted nothing.
What your AI can do with a ticket
| Action | How |
|---|---|
| Find open tickets | list_tasks filtered to tickets, by status |
| Read who opened it | submitter + widget context |
| Read / write the thread | ticket comments |
| Assign, prioritize, tag, resolve | the same task tools it uses for everything |
| Draft an internal note | default — team-only, invisible to the customer |
| Reply to the customer | explicit — a visible comment, on your say-so |
Safe by default
When your AI adds a ticket comment it's internal by default — a team note the customer never sees. A reply the customer can see takes an explicit instruction. Your agent drafts freely; putting words in front of a real customer is always your decision, never a side effect.
When the customer replies, you know right away
A support thread is worthless if someone has to remember to go look at it. When a customer writes back on their ticket, ProWoDo alerts the team — push, Telegram or Slack, the same channels you already use for tasks. No queue to keep open, no manual checking.
Customers can attach whatever makes the problem clearer: up to 10 files per comment, 10 MB each, against a format whitelist (images, PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, archives — no executables). The screenshot lands where the ticket is, not in an inbox someone will have to dig through later.
And because the alert fires on the event rather than on your habits, the queue keeps working on the days you don't think about ProWoDo at all.
Why it's different
The big AI vendors ship support assistants too, and they're good at drafting. But they sit on top of whatever ticketing tool you already run, and they don't own your data. ProWoDo is the system of record. The plugin is the door; ProWoDo is the room. Because your tickets live here — and here is MCP-native — the AI doesn't just suggest, it acts. No Zendesk, no Intercom, no glue code.
Who it's for
Small teams, agencies and founders who already run support through a widget or shared inbox and want their AI assistant to actually work the queue — triage, context, drafts — without a separate helpdesk subscription or an integration to maintain.
