1. Data controller

i3idea s.r.l. is the controller of the personal data collected through ProWoDo.

2. Data we collect

We collect the data needed to provide the service: name, email and application usage data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of the contract (delivery of the service) and on consent where required.

4. AI assistant access (MCP connector)

ProWoDo offers an optional MCP connector that lets AI assistants such as Claude act on your workspace on your behalf. Once you connect it, the assistant can read and modify your tasks, projects, sprints, tags and assignments through our API. Access is granted via OAuth 2.0 with explicit scopes (tasks:read, tasks:write, assignments:write, comments:write), is limited to your own data and never includes your password. You can review and revoke the connection at any time from your ProWoDo profile. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties beyond the sub-processors strictly necessary to run the service.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. Contact us at privacy@prowodo.com.

6. Data retention and storage

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for the period required to meet our legal obligations. Data is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure in the European Union. You can request deletion at any time.
