Is Notion good for project management?
Notion can do project management, but it's a construction kit: you design databases, views and relations to model tasks, sprints and roadmaps. That flexibility is loved by startups — and resented by teams who just want to start. Critically, Notion's timeline doesn't support true blocking dependencies natively (a documented gap), so sequenced project work needs manual workarounds. ProWoDo ships that structure pre-built.

Both have official MCP servers and can be driven by Claude or ChatGPT.
