Triage support tickets by talking to your AI — no Zendesk

Your AI can already draft a reply. With ProWoDo's MCP server it can also read, triage, and route the real ticket — because your tickets live where it can reach them.

Every AI can draft a reply. That's the easy 10%.

Ask ChatGPT or Claude to "write a friendly response to an angry customer" and you'll get something serviceable in seconds.

But drafting is the easy part. The other 90% of support is the part the AI can't touch: which tickets are open, who opened this one, what they said three messages ago, whether it's already assigned, and where the reply actually needs to go. That context doesn't live in the chat window. It lives in your system — and until now, your AI couldn't reach it.

So you copy-paste. Ticket into chat, draft back out, paste into the tool, repeat. The "AI-powered support" is really you, being the integration.

We just removed that step.

Your tickets are already where the AI can act

ProWoDo is MCP-native. Every ticket, task, comment and reminder is exposed to Claude — and any MCP client — as a tool it can call. Not text you paste, but an action it takes against your real data.

And in ProWoDo, a support ticket isn't a separate silo. A ticket is a task — enriched with who submitted it, from which intake widget, and a full comment thread. That one design decision means your AI already knows how to handle it: read it, assign it, re-prioritize it, tag it, move it across your board — with the same tools it uses for everything else.

Support triage becomes a conversation.

What it looks like

Open a chat with the ProWoDo connector and type:

You: Handle the latest support tickets — for each open one, tell me who opened it, summarize the thread, and draft an internal note with what I should do.

Claude, in a single turn:

Claude: You have 3 open tickets.

#1841 — "Export to CSV is empty" — opened by maria@acme.io via the Docs widget, 2 hours ago. She exported a filtered board and got a blank file; a teammate already asked which filter she used. Likely the empty-filter edge case. Internal note: Reproduce with an empty filter set. If it's the known export bug, link the fix task and tell her a patch ships this week.

#1839 — "Can't invite a 6th teammate"(seat limit on their plan — a billing answer, not an engineering one).

Want me to reply to Maria, or keep drafting internally?

Everything there — the ticket list, the submitter, the thread, the draft — came from tools Claude called against your ProWoDo backend. You didn't paste a thing.

The safety detail that matters

Notice Claude wrote an internal note, and asked before replying to the customer.

That's deliberate. When the AI adds a ticket comment, it's internal by default — a team note the customer never sees. Sending a comment the customer can see takes an explicit instruction ("reply to Maria"). Your agent drafts freely; putting words in front of a real customer is always a decision you make, never a side effect.

Why this isn't "another AI support tool"

The big AI vendors ship support assistants too — Anthropic's own directory has a "Customer Support" workflow, and it's good at the drafting layer. But those assistants sit on top of whatever ticketing system you already run, and they don't own your data.

ProWoDo is the other half: the system of record. The plugin is the door; ProWoDo is the room. Because your tickets live here, and here is MCP-native, the AI doesn't just suggest — it reads, triages, comments, and routes. No Zendesk, no Intercom, no glue code. The workflow those tools sell as a feature is native to your backend.

And it's not only support

The same shift runs through the rest of the day, because the same backend is exposed the same way:

  • "What's due today?" — your AI plans your day from your real tasks, not a chat to-do list.
  • "What reminders do I have?" — across every task, not one at a time.
  • "Post a stakeholder update on the launch task." — it writes the comment, as you.

Same principle every time: the assistant is the interface; ProWoDo is the truth underneath it.

Try it

If you already use ProWoDo, connect it to Claude and ask it to handle your open tickets. If you don't, that's the whole pitch: a project and support backend built so your AI can actually do the work — not just talk about it.

Your AI was always going to draft the reply. The point is that now it knows which ticket, for whom, and why.
